    Nic Collins needed to do more homework before writing this article. Denman Maroney coined the term, "hyperpiano" to distinguish what he does from other pianists. There are no other "prominent hyperpianists in the field of improvised music" However this doesn't mean that that there are no other pianists who regularly perform "prepared" piano in improvised music. I can easily think of four.
