Thankyou, Ken Dryden, for your email reply. Yes, I realised the review was five years old, but having tried in various directions (e.g. IAJRC ad) to obtain the CD or at least a copy in some form or other, I thought I'd simply ask per simple question! That nobody (apart from your good self) has ever replied has turned the recording for me into a real phantom item, which I suppose it is!
