I could not have said it better myself. In the liner notes of Joshua Redman's section of Rhapsody.com, Dewey is not even mentioned as an influence or in his biography. Dewey's work on Jarret's Death and the Flower is so lyrical and amazing. One of the most underrated musicians of our time.
