    I find that there is no mention of the 45 vinyl recording of Willie Dixon in Feb. 1,1982 of "Why?" which he addressed to the President and the Congress at that. I have the vinyl 45 recording and his signature on the envelope. The lyrics are beautiful this vinyl is an outstanding record. benjiavis@aol.com
