While I fully share the author's exitment on Lynne Arriale and her Trio and had the privilege of being in quite a number of their moving and emotional concerts one correction is due:
Burghausen is definitely not Germany's oldest Jazz Festival. This distinction goes to the German Jazz Festival at Frankfurt which has its roots as far back as 1953.
