As for other upcoming projects, Scofield mentioned that he would like to record the current trio with vocalist Rebecca Martin. But he has not forgotten his old running mates. In his words, "I know [Joe] Lovano and I are going to play together again. Scofield has so many projects he can pursue it's hard to count. ScoLoHoFo, his Uberjam Band, the Celebrating Tony Williams band (with Larry Goldings and Jack DeJohnette), and many more. Whatever he does decide to pursue, like all great jazz musicians, he will make it his own. And as this journalist strongly believes, the best Scofield show is the next one.
