For the Sea the first solot record by Italian pianist-composer Andrea Pagani is now available. The record, produced, composed and arranged by Pagani, is dedicated to the sea and contains eight own compositions and two standards revisited. Pagani's jazz compositions are mixed with latin, soul, funky and blues together with swing of black roots. Besides the rhythmic of his own Trio, played by Fabrizio Montemarano at the double bass and Alfredo Romeo at the drums, the CD hosts several famous artists, among which Roberto Ciotti, Massimo Moriconi, Claudia Marss, the "Blue Joshua Band" of Al Joshua and many other well known musicians of the Italian jazz scene.
