"The Novelist" Meritage White
Varietal: 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon
Winemaker's Notes: 75% barrel fermented and aged for seven months on the lees in French oak barrels custom designed for Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Floral notes, lemon peel, lime and honeydew melon in the nose. Rich, creamy and full yet balanced with layers of citrus in the mouth. A long, rich finish ripe with pear.
