Varietal: 100% Merlot
Appellation: Paso Robles, CA
Alcohol: 13.9%
Aging: 100% oak aged with 30-50 new oak

Tasting Notes: Intensely flavored merlot bursting with berries, cassis and chocolate. Extremely smooth mouth-feel satisfies immediately as raspberry and smoke linger on the finish.

Chardonnay
2001

Varietal: 100% Chardonnay Appellation: Santa Cruz Mountains
pH: 3.36
TA: .63 g/100 ml
Alcohol Content: 13.7%
Time in Oak: 9 months in 34% new barrels (22% French, 12% American)

Tasting Notes: The terroir of Santa Cruz is imprinted on this wine. A mineral note is surrounded by tropical, fruits and peach. Hints of flower blossom, vanilla, toast, and honey round out this complex wine.
