Here Greg is on his way back to rejoining the Eugene Symphony for his thirty-fourth season with them. Greg was on his first leave of absence for the previous season while he studied advanced math for a year, pursuing his advanced-math endorsement to add to his Oregon Professional Teaching License. While he still hadn't passed the five-hour exam at the time of the picture, the joy of returning to his symphony chair was hard to suppress. Passing the exam would come a year later.
