AAJ @ IAJE
AAJ continued to expand our presence at the annual International Association for Jazz Education (IAJE) Conference, represented by at least ten contributors. Dr. Judith Schlesinger, Frank Mantzer, and Sandy Ingham filed reports, C. Andrew Hovan filed photographs, and Managing Editor Nils Jacobson filed a personal report and was the subject of a radio interview about the event. Founder Michael Ricci appeared on an internet discussion panel.
AAJ also returned with a handle of new collaborations: AAJ now publishes weekly radio charts from Jazz Week and key interviews from Newark's WBGO Jazz 88 FM. Look for a WBGO radio player box on our homepage soon.
