British composer Marvin Ayres, the father of 'Ambient Orchestral Minimalism', is celebrating the release of his latest work 'Eccentric Deliquescence' with an exciting installation event in South London's Shakespearean Globe Theatre in The Bedford, Balham on June 8th at 7:30pm. He will be performing three pieces live on electric cello and violin and the work of film-makers and choreographers, specially created for his music will be shown.

“...Like some of Eno's best work, the atmospheres Ayres creates can comfortably blend into the sonic backdrop, they are also compelling pieces of music that can dominate and transport," - All About Jazz

Ayres's latest filmic and installation collaboration with Artist Pavel Rudanovsky will be premiered at this event, the poignant monochrome 'Androgynous Weave' and the animated film 'Can You Hear Me Now', both set to the music from 'Eccentric Deliquescence'.

“A serious and thoughtful composer" - The Wire

Rudanovsky and his production team 'Unfashion Events', will be creating an atmospheric environment within this famous London Venue. Royal Ballet dancer Simona Martini will be performing two pieces devised for 'Eccentric Deliquescence' and veteran choreographer Dezzi Lloyd is also choreographing the piece 'I Wish I was The Sky'. Marvin Ayres and Pavel Rudanovsky are planning further concerts and installations in international locations and are currently working on a proposal for an installation at Hamburg Airport .

Ayres's audio-visual installations have been exhibited in major galleries and art houses in Europe and the U.S. In 2000, the prestigious ICA (Institute of Contemporary Arts) in London commissioned him to compose and produce their first ever DVD exhibition. The two works resulting from this were 'Sensory' and 'Cycle', incorporating spatial soundscapes and psycho acoustics and were composed specifically for 5.1 Surround Sound. Marvin Ayres' collaborative film 'Scape' is to this day a permanent fixture on exhibition at The Tate Modern.

“It is beautiful, warmly crafted. Pure genius on the part of Ayres." - Independent

“The newest wonder producer coming out of the UK" - i-vibes (US)
