Esperanza Spalding Lands at St. Lucia Jazz Festival 2010

Esperanza Spalding, vivacious, prodigious bassist, multi-lingual vocalist, irresistible performer, lands her private jet in exotic Castries for the 19th annual St. Lucia Jazz 2010 which sounds off May 1st - 9th at multiple venues across the Caribbean island.

Esperanza (hope) plays Main Stage, Pigeon Island on a star-studded closing night that includes African rising star Dobet Gnahore, Maxi Priest & Shaggy, Jeffrey Osborne, Freddie Jackson, Phil Perry, Howard Hewett, Carl Gustave and Virgin Island reggae band Quito and the Edge.

Rated #5 festival of the world, St. Lucia Jazz Festival has become one of the most anticipated on the Caribbean calendar. The highly rated Esperanza Spalding plays a post festival gig at St. Lucian Hotel Castries on May 13.
