January 6 - 8, 2011 - New Orleans, LA

All submissions should be related to the JEN mission statement in some form: advancing education, promoting performance and developing new audiences. You must be a current member of JEN in order to submit an application.

Completing the JEN Online Application Form is a requirement in order to submit materials related to the 2011 Conference. Due to the volume of applicants expected, please be advised no materials will be accepted in any other form and/or after the deadline has passed. In an effort to assist you in this process we have created a downloadable file with information related to what you will need to prepare ahead of time in order to complete and submit your application. Each category of application requires slightly different information, so please be certain to prepare your materials specific to the type of application you will be submitting, i.e. clinic proposal, pro ensemble performance, or school ensemble performance.

Once you have prepared the required information and files to upload, then log back into the website, click to this page and then click on the appropriate application below to submit the application.

Should you have any issues with submitting your application, or do not receive a confirmation email after clicking submit to register your application, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and someone will respond to assist you in this endeavor.

Acceptance of Terms

All performers and clinicians agree to stay in the Official Conference Hotel during the conference. It is understood that all expenses related to your participation are to be borne by the individual or your sponsor. In addition, you agree to give JEN the right to use your name and likeness in promotion of the event and for future conferences and JEN events.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2nd Annual JEN Conference and we look forward to reviewing your application.
