It is the time of quality entertainment and fun, the 8th edition of the Skywards Dubai International Jazz Festival is kicking off on the 10th of February 2009 till the 19th of the same month featuring legends, virtuosos, divas and musicians from all around the globe, with musical styles including jazz, blues, Pop, R&B, Soul and everything in between.
Festival fans can look forward to all sorts of concerts and live shows throughout 10 consecutive nights all at the Dubai Media City Outdoor Amphitheater!
The festival will host a total of 26 international acts, starting with the Network Jazz Garden performances, from February 10th till the 16th, featuring every night a selection of the greatest jazz musicians.
The last three nights to be headlined by legends and music masters; James Morrison will be one of the main headliners of the festival, and will be performing on February 19th, 2010. same night will feature the rising star Brett Dennen, sensual Laura Izibor and Marion Meadows. Other headlining artists will be announced shortly.
