Napa/NOLA 2023 At Grand Reserve at the Meritage

WHO DAT! It's was an ecstatic day of New Orleans inspired music, wine and food in scenic Napa presented by Blue Note Napa's Summer Sessions program. The luxurious Grand Reserve at the Meritage Resort & Spa hosted the festive Mardi Gras excursion to the Big Easy.

Napa Blue Note's artists line up consisted of: MJ's Brass Boppers, Raw Oyster Cult, Dumpstaphunk with Ivan Neville, DJ Harry Duncan, and Galactic with a guest appearance by Cyril Neville. The romantic afternoon of spicy Cajun music, wine and cuisine was fired up by Mike Jones' MJ Brass Boppers and the other outstanding bands. The warm summer evening closed with the riveting Galactic along with some additional contributions from the busy Mr. Neville.

The Grand Reserve at The Meritage with its stunning wine country views and facilities, made a perfect backdrop for a splendid afternoon of outdoor music, wine, and enjoyment. All of the helpful and knowledgeable GR staff members contributed to the sun soaked afternoon.
