Swart Waling Koolhaas is the name of the upcoming album by jazz pianist Joost Swart, drummer Bjorn Waling and producer Jesse Koolhaas. The music on this album is the result of a two-day session where improvisations were recorded and several guest musicians were invited. The recorded improvisations on grand piano, drums, and other instruments, combined with the sounds from Jesse Koolhaas’ vintage synthesizer collection fuses into a type of music you can’t really put your finger on.
