Natalie de Jager

Natalie de Jager is a singer/songwriter with a passion for music and zest for life. Based in Brisbane she has performed at many festivals and venues across South East Queensland including Brisbane Jazz Club, Brisbane Festival, Easterfest, Queen St Mall, Brisbane Powerhouse, Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers and Jumpers & Jazz Festival.

A natural story teller, Natalie weaves her original music and creative arrangements through jazz, RnB, funk and pop. Natalie breathes new life into lesser known songs, bares her soul in heart breaking ballads and writes a catchy hook that will have you humming her tunes for weeks to come. Her performances take you on a musical journey straight from the heart.

She released her EP, Tea with Natalie, at the renowned Spiegeltent for the Brisbane Festival in September 2014. It is a mix of jazz standards and Natalie’s original tunes. Throughout 2014-15 Natalie has been featured in many media avenues including local newspapers and street press, community radio across Australia. She has also performed live on Channel Nine’s Today Show and was interviewed by Libby Lenton.
