H Tyrone Walls

H. Tyrone Walls started his musical training on alto saxophone through high school. After graduating from Garland High, Tyrone attended the University of North Texas where he added the guitar. During his post-college years, Tyrone continued to show his ability to learn any instrument when he started playing the piano in 1987 because his church (New Mt. Hebron Baptist Church) simply needed a piano player, then in 1989, he added the organ. Tyrone also directed several choirs since 1987, where for several years he also played piano/organ and directed choirs at two churches, and also managed to learn to play drums in the interim. Throughout the years, Tyrone has also played in several bands that play jazz, R&B, blues, classic rock, etc. He is also the band leader, keyboard player and vocalist with Joyce Spencer & Expressions and plays keys for Tony Key & The Faith Band.
