Originally a New Age music project turned to a wider variety of styles as Evgeny Abramov invited new members among wich Pavel Prokimov (contrabass), Pyotr Talalay (drums) and multi-instrumentalist Anton Kotikov. Currently, SAKHRA project is not only a permanent resident of moscow jazz-clubs such as 'Esse', 'Soyuz Kompozitorov' and 'Jam Club', but also a frequent participant of international festivals such as 'World of Siberia', 'Around the World', 'Trimurti', 'Ural Music Night'. Two albums of different styles were released in 2020. The first one, 'Dancing Silence' is a New Age music album with electronic groove and various instruments used. The second one's ('Rise in Bedia') style can be described as 'world contemporary'. Both SAKHRA project albums combine modern rythms and vivid melodies. Classic sound of jazz trio, complemented by modern electronic and ancient ethnic musical instruments, transfer the audience into both the meditative atmosphere of the East and effusive and dynamic flow of the West.
