Lo scorso 5 agosto è scomparso il violoncellista e improvvisatore Tristan Honsinger. Classe 1949, era nato nel Vermont e aveva iniziato piccolissimo a studiare musica, dando concerti di violoncello fin da adolescente. Trasferitosi in Canada a seguito del rifiuto di sottostare alla leva militare, Honsinger giunse presto oltreoceano, divenendo poi uno dei protagonisti dell'improvvisazione Europea.
