Demetri Hurwitz
High school student who plays the lead drums for high school Jazz Band. Had a teacher for the first 2.5 years of drumming and learned primarily jazz. Now play with random musicians in the area and study drumming with a friend who recently graduated college with a minor in drumming. Very into improv, funk, jam band, rock, anything goes really. Very capable player, i do recordings occasional with a home recording system, but i do not have a stable band at the moment.
Gear
I use a Mapex M-Series drum kit with Zildjian A Custom cymbals. I've got a snare, bass drum, floor tom, 2 rack toms, a hi hat, a ride, a crash, and a splash.

Credentials/Background
Must be willing to drive to my house for lessons. $30 per hour, can do multiple sessions in a row. Lessons must be on weeknights between 5 and 8, or else on weekends at any time.
