About Me
Musician, Producer, Composer, Band and Bass Practice Teacher, Brazilian, born in Botucatu-SP. He started to get involved with music at 12 years influenced by his cousin and learned his first chords on the guitar. give it to forward started playing in the church, samba groups and dance bands in his city. Graduated from EMT (School of Music and Technology), he attended a bachelor's degree from USC, Faculdade Souza Lima and Berklee, Victor Wooten's Center for Music and Nature. had the opportunity to study, practice together and Jamz with musicians such as: Michel Leme, Gilberto de Sillos, Cindy Borgani, Jarbas Barbosa, Celso Pixinga, Jorge Elder, Ricardo Silveira, Nilton Wood, Wanderson Bersani, Eduardo Letti, Fabio Zaganin, Marcelo Mariano, João Castilho, Walmir Gil, Leo Carvalho, Kelly Gravely, Roy Wooten( Future Man), Oteil Burbridge, Victor Wooten. He is currently the director of IMA, (Instituto de Musica Acorde) one of the Largest Music Schools in Brazil, he teaches double bass classes at the institute, and is releasing his first instrumental work called Influences. with the participation of great musicians such as: George Spanky McCurdy(Drums), Tyrone Turner Jr(Drums), Bob Franceschini (Sax), Timothy Ferguson(Sax), Walmir Gil (Trumpet), between others... The Album tells about the whole trajectory that Pedro henry lived in music until today, Walking through different musical genres and languages, Jazz, Fusion, Gospel, R&b, Funk, Samba, until he formed all his (Influences) until today.
