About Me

Founder of the Blue Horizon Jazz band, played 6 years with the Yankee Rythym Kings and subbed for Tony Pringle in the New Black Eagles Jazz band. Recorded in Japan with the Uptown Lowdown Jazz Band. Worked and “studied” with Wild Bill Davison and sat in with Louis Armstrong on string bass in 1969. Now leads the New Condon Mob and playes extensively with the C2C Jazz band and over a dozen well known bands and players in New England/New York. Married to the love of his life, Jan Monat since 1999. Four children, Ryan, Nathan, Brandon and Caitlyn Monat. Three very beautiful grandchildren of Ryan and Erica; Molly and Liam and Abigail from daughter Caitlyn!
