About Me

Born and raised in Nigeria (West Africa), Olufunsho Adeshina (Funshow) always wants to be a music maker with more interest in guitar. He moved to USA with the motive of exploring every opportunity music has to offer, regardless of genre. He is influenced by virtuoso guitar players such as George Benson, Wes Montgomery, Charlie Christian, Grant Green, Norman Brown and Agboola Shadare just to name a few. Funshow still live in Saint Louis, Missouri, he released 3 singles, Feelings, Lets do it and Weekend in Miami.

My Jazz Story

I love jazz because...I love jazz because I was exposed to western music from child hood. I remember sitting outside at my house which is right across from the train station in Nigeria, and every evening the operator play some jazz and soul music through the megaphone. A friend mentioned George Benson and after listening to The Very Best Of George Benson, he became my mentor.
