I was first exposed to jazz...when I went to the Advanced School of Music in Toronto ,Ca with Oscar Peterson, Ray Brown and Ed Thigpen. I was 16 and stayed for four years, Played with Dizzy Gillespie, Red Garland, Major Holly , and many more. Or whatever else you have in mind.
