Jazz drummer
About Me
My father was a professional musician (drummer, pianist) and started to learn me playing drums when I was eight years old. After I discovered jazz at the age of 12 I started to play along with records of Art Blakey, Buddy Rich and Oscar Peterson. I lost interest in playing drums when I was 16 but resumed my love for the instrument six years ago. I started then my jazz trio JazzTraffic playing with much fun to date.
My Jazz Story
I was twelve years old when I heard my older brother play a Miles Davis record called Ah Leu Cha with a fine intro drumsolo. That was the first time I heard jazz and I loved it. Had already played the drums for some time and started playing along with Art Blakey and Buddy Rich, the best jazz drum school you can think of !
