The owners of Jazz Country, Nat Birch and Cam McDonald, have both been long time fans of all types of improvisational music, from John Coltrane to Zakir Hussain to Bela Fleck. Over the years, they have seen many incredible concerts, and heard hundreds and hundred of incredible albums, along with thousands of not so incredible ones. This site was created as a guide to the best music which features great instumental playing and improvising.
