You must be a current or recent advertiser (Showcase and Banner) to participate in our contest giveaway program.

How to run a contest giveaway at All About Jazz

All promotional giveaway contests are associated with an AAJ musician profile (example).

To launch a contest, you must:

1. Create a MY AAJ member account

2. Submit your contest suggestion

Once the contest suggestion is received, AAJ will contact you about scheduling.

Contest launch and conclusion announcements are posted by All About Jazz to the AAJ News Center; contests are also accessible from the Active Contests page.

Contest announcements will be sent to the AAJ readers in the musician's network as well as the addressees associated with the musician's AAJ profile mailing list. AAJ has a privacy policy which forbids us from sharing email addresses, so your lists will remain confidential.

The sponsor will furnish the designated winners with the prizes direct.

  CONTEST RULES

• A contest must be associated with an AAJ musician profile.

• Contestants must be a registered MY AAJ members to participate.

• Members enter a contest by joining a musician's fan network.

• AAJ posts the contest launch and conclusion announcements.

• Sponsor furnishes prize(s).

  DELIVERABLES

AAJ will furnish sponsor with the following at the conclusion of the contest:

• Name of winners

• Number of members added to musician profile network during contest

• Musician profile hits accrued during contest
