- Tampa Bay Youth Orchestra - The Patel Conservatory offers classes in all of the performing arts in an incredible state-of-the-art facility. It is based at, and attached to, the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center in Tampa, FL., the largest performing arts center in the Southeast. The students will have access to the finest professional artists in the world who perform at The Center. Just as many people take piano lessons, voice lessons, dance classes and acting classes, they will be able to do all that here under one roof. There will be group and individual classes. No academic classes will be offered.
