An accomplished debut album and one of the classics of the synthpop genre. There are various different versions of this album, and the track-list given is for the original UK release. In the US, the track "Tuesday" was replaced by the 12-inch mix of "Situation" [5.45]. "Tuesday" has never appeared on any US pressing of the album but can be found on the "Best Of" compilation. In the UK, pressings since 1986 have omitted "I Before E Except After C" and instead included both "Situation" [5.45] and "The Other Side Of Love" [5.21].
